we encourage students to commit to the following components

TUITION
Tuition is based on a semester system, either to be paid at the beginning of the semester in full
or through a monthly installment payment plan.
Tuition includes 17 reserved lessons per semester.
Though LSMS may provide some sheet music and materials,
parents/students are expected to purchase additional books and materials as needed.
A $25 discount off of the total semester fee is offered:
1) to those who pay the tuition in full
2) if two or more family members are taking lessons
3) to those who have referred a new student to the studio
(discount valid for one semester per new student)
For those who join the studio mid-semester, tuition will be prorated.
Fall / Spring Tuition (per semester)
1-hour: $1360
45-min: $1105
30-min: $765
Monthly Payment Plan (per month x 5 installments)
1-hour: $272
45-min: $221
30-min: $153
Making Your Payment
Tuition is due at the beginning of the semester on your first lesson day
or can be paid in monthly installments on the first day of each month.
We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle payments.
Checks may be mailed and should be postmarked by the date it is due to avoid the late fee.

Monthly Payment Plan
There will be 5 monthly payments for each semester.
Payments are due by the first day of each month.
Payments made after the 10th will incur a $20 late fee which will automatically be applied to the following month’s invoice.
Those who continuously miss their payments will be asked to pay the remaining semester fee in full.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Students are assigned a regular weekly time and are expected to attend all planned lessons.
Students are allowed a refund for up to 1 lesson per semester if the teacher is given 24-hour notice for the cancellation.
Refund Rates:
1 hour lesson: $75
45-min lesson: $60

Summer Lessons
Summer lesson schedules will be determined based on teacher/student availability.
Summer lesson fees are due on the first day of each month based on the rates below:
1-hour: $80
45-min: $65
30-min: $45

Activity Fees
There is a recital fee for each student who would like to participate in the studio recital.
There will be additional fees for students who decide to participate in other activities such as music exams and field trips.

Fall Semester: September 5, 2024 - January 31, 2025
Spring Semester: February 4, 2025 - June 6, 2025
Make-up Week: June 9-13, 2025
Studio will generally follow public school holidays.
